These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoodsIn, a Shopify embedded application developed and operated by Ripen Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using GoodsIn, you agree to these Terms.
GoodsIn is a Shopify embedded application that allows merchants to manage stock receiving deliveries, confirm quantities, print barcode labels, and export discrepancy reports. The app is designed for use by Shopify merchants and their staff.
GoodsIn is available as a subscription service with three plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) and a 7-day free trial. Billing is processed by Shopify via the Shopify Billing API.
You must have an active Shopify store to use GoodsIn. By installing the app, you represent that you have the authority to bind the business associated with your Shopify store to these Terms.
All billing is handled by Shopify. Your subscription begins after the 7-day free trial period and is billed monthly through your Shopify account. You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin under Apps → GoodsIn → Billing.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via the email associated with their Shopify account.
You agree to use GoodsIn only for its intended purpose — managing stock receiving and label printing for your Shopify store. You must not:
Each plan includes a monthly delivery allowance (Starter: 20, Growth: 100, Pro: unlimited). Limits reset on your billing anniversary date. We operate soft limits — you will receive a warning at 80% usage. We will not hard-block a delivery that is already in progress at the time a limit is reached.
The PO Autofill browser extension is an optional, beta feature. It is provided as-is with no uptime or compatibility guarantee. Because it reads the Shopify admin DOM, it may temporarily stop functioning if Shopify updates its admin interface. We target a 24–48 hour fix window for compatibility breaks. The core app (CSV import and manual product selection) is always available as a fallback regardless of extension status.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using GoodsIn, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
We aim to keep GoodsIn available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, hosting incidents, or Shopify API changes may cause temporary unavailability.
Support is available via email at support@goodsin.app. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
GoodsIn and all associated software, designs, and content are the property of Ripen Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the service. Your receiving delivery data and label templates remain yours — we hold them on your behalf and return or delete them on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoodsIn, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of GoodsIn shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling GoodsIn from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@goodsin.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of GoodsIn after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
